The short version.

A reservation made on this site holds a place in the 2027 build schedule. It is free, it is not a purchase, and it does not commit you or AFRME Homes to a sale. Any purchase is made under a separate written agreement that sets out the scope, price and timings and the payment schedule.

Dimensions, floor areas, timings and the scope shown on this site are design targets and are subject to engineering for your site and to change before launch. Photographs and drawings illustrate the design intent.
