- Built where the view is
- Built in place by our crew. A Studio can stand on sand, rock, a slope or a clearing, with no heavy groundwork and no concrete.
- No concrete
- Screw piles go in in a day, need no excavation, and come out again. That matters on leased, coastal or protected land.
- Weather-tight within weeks
- Our crew raises the frames, closes the roof and the gable glazing, and hands over each Studio weather-tight within weeks; the interior package follows.
- The room people photograph
- A gable of glass facing the view and a black roof turned to the neighbors. Privacy without fences, and a picture guests share.
- One drawing, many units
- Every Studio is identical, so approvals, services and maintenance are done once. Add a One or Two as reception, kitchen or a room for the weather.
- Open in stages
- We build in phases that match your opening plan, so you start earning before the last unit is finished. Reservation to first guests within a year is a realistic target for a first phase. Volume pricing starts at four units.

Questions operators ask
Can I build several Studios for a camp or hotel?
That is what the Studio is for. Our crew builds them in series on site, and volume pricing starts at four units. We plan the site with you: spacing, paths, services and a shared building in a One or a Two. Building is phased, so the property opens in stages.
Can Studios be placed on sand, rock or a slope?
Yes. Studios sit on screw piles instead of concrete, so there is no excavation and the piles can be removed, which matters on leased or protected land. Slopes to about ten degrees are handled by the pile lengths.
Can Studios come finished and furnished?
Yes. An interior package is built with the shell: bed platform, kitchenette wall, bathroom and lighting. The unit is ready for guests when the crew leaves.
