A pre-order reserves your place in the 2027 production schedule. It costs nothing and does not commit you to buy. Slots are assigned in the order reservations arrive, and we confirm pricing, System contents and delivery to your region with you before any deposit is taken. Nothing you spend before production is lost: deposits stay refundable until your home is scheduled for production.

Production starts in 2027. The Studio ships first, followed by the One and the Two. The Three and the Four are scheduled individually because they take longer to build. Reservation holders receive their estimated ship window when the schedule is set.

Pricing by model goes to reservation holders first and is published at launch. The AFRME System™ is priced to come in well below a custom-designed build of the same size, because the design and engineering are done once and shared across every home we ship. As a rule of thumb for any factory-built home, the structure is roughly a third to a half of the finished cost; site work, foundation, utilities and interior finishes make up the rest, and they vary far more by location than the structure does. We help you build that whole-project budget on the design call.

The reservation is free, so there is nothing to refund. If you go on to place a deposit, it stays refundable until your home enters production.

The six components of the AFRME System™, numbered and packed in the order you will use them: AFRME structural connectors with the pre-cut engineered LVL frames, AFRME roof cassettes, AFRME wall panels, the AFRME utility spine with the bathroom and kitchen partitions, the AFRME foundation interface with the floor decks, and the AFRME window modules with doors and balconies. Stamped drawings, fixings and the assembly guide travel with them.

Site work, the foundation, utility connections, kitchen cabinets and appliances, plumbing fixtures, floor and wall finishes beyond the lining, permits and the local engineer's stamp. We build the structure; the rest is available locally at any budget.

AFRME does. Our own crews build every model, from the Studio to the Four, so the people who made the System are the people who put it together on your site. You do not need to find a contractor, and there is no hand-off between a factory and a builder.

Targets, not promises: a Studio frame stands in a day and is weather-tight within a week. The One and the Two are weather-tight in three to six weeks. The Three and the Four take our crew six to twelve weeks to weather-tight. That is a fraction of the time of traditional framing. Interior build-out follows and depends on your finishes.

The AFRME foundation interface ties the frames to whatever the site needs. Studios sit on screw piles, which means no concrete and minimal ground work, including on sand and on slopes up to about ten degrees. The One through the Four use a concrete strip or pad foundation; a slab is possible for the One and the Two, and the Four's garage level is typically a slab. We supply load diagrams for the foundation engineer.

We provide architectural drawings and structural calculations for the System. Most jurisdictions require a local engineer's stamp and a permit application, which is yours to run. We include one round of revisions for local requirements and can recommend engineers where we have delivered before.

The roof pitch is close to sixty degrees, so snow sheds rather than sits, and the portal frames carry the loads to the ground without internal walls. The structure is engineered to the snow, wind and seismic values of your site. In hot climates the same insulated panels and triple glazing keep heat out, and the gable can be shaded with a deeper reveal.

Within the profile, yes: window positions, a long-side dormer, interior layouts, balcony options and finishes are cataloged options that our team tailors with you. Beyond that, custom projects keep the profile and change everything else. See Custom.

Yes. The long roof takes solar without changing the look, and the System does not assume any particular services. Water, power and waste are planned in the design call.

That is what the Studio is for. Volume pricing starts at four units, and we plan the site with you: spacing, paths, services, a reception or shared building in a One or a Two, and a delivery sequence that lets you open in stages and start earning before the last unit arrives.

Yes. Screw piles need no excavation and can be removed, which matters on leased or protected land. Slopes up to about ten degrees are handled by the pile lengths.

The Studio can ship with an interior package: bed platform, kitchenette wall, bathroom and lighting, so a unit is ready for guests days after it is stood.

Delivery regions are confirmed with each reservation. Tell us where you plan to build and we will confirm availability, transport and any import requirements before you commit to anything.

Not directly. Most lenders treat the System components as building materials within a construction loan, and an AFRME is a permanent home on a foundation, not a modular or mobile unit, which keeps it inside standard lending. We provide the documentation lenders ask for: drawings, specifications and a cost schedule.

Warranty terms are published with pricing at launch. The frame is engineered and documented for a structural warranty, and the glazing and metal carry their manufacturers' warranties.
